Job Summary
Design and implement initiatives that incorporate inclusion, diversity, and belonging topics into organizational programs and best practices. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external inclusion regulations while leading high-impact initiatives with alignment to strategy. Utilize metrics, dashboards, and ROI analysis to evaluate program execution and generate clear recommendations. Collaborate with internal customers to effectively communicate and present findings. The Buckeye Ranch restores hope and provides healing for children, youth, and families in Central Ohio through its continuum of care addressing trauma, mental illness, abuse, and neglect.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least three years of DEI working experience
- Active driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
