Job Summary
Director of Direct to Consumer (DTC) – Americas Region leads the consumer lifecycle and P&L for the Americas DTC initiatives, owning lifecycle architecture from acquisition to revenue, managing cohort performance and activation campaigns, defining segmentation, and optimizing customer economics. Responsible for Americas DTC revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and inventory efficiency; sets forecasts, pricing, promotions, and MER, and drives cross-functional execution across growth, lifecycle, content ops, data, and operations. Builds and leads a regional DTC team, establishes KPI cadence and repeatable growth rituals, and partners with Global teams to translate commercial priorities into platform use cases and lifecycle investments. Requires 8–12 years in DTC/eCommerce with US market exposure, proven revenue/margin ownership, and experience building operating cadences from scratch. On-site role in Tustin, CA with starting salary of $185k, comprehensive benefits.

- 8–12 years in DTC, eCommerce, or digital commerce with significant US market exposure
- Proven ownership of revenue, margin, and contribution profit in a scaled DTC business
- Built operating cadence from scratch in a system that was incomplete
- Managed cohort retention curves, not just campaign ROAS
- Delivered growth outcomes requiring coordination across product, data, brand, and operations
- Builder mindset with ambiguity tolerance
- Experience leading regional DTC teams across growth, lifecycle, content operations, and analytics
