Job Summary
Director of Dining Services to lead culinary operations across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing at Westminster Communities of Florida in St. Augustine. Oversees staff, budgeting, menu planning to meet nutritional and resident-satisfaction goals, ensures training and certification compliance, and drives operational cost controls and departmental strategy in a multi-venue dining program.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Degree preferred or 6 years of similar proven successful management leadership experience in hospitality or CCRC environment with catering and multi-location dining
- Serv Safe Certification required or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of date of hire
