Job Summary
The Director of Dining & Culinary Services will lead and oversee the dining staff and program to ensure high-quality meal service in accordance with established regulations and best practices. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, developing, and evaluating dining services, as well as participating in leadership discussions to meet operational goals. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in food service leadership, strong knowledge of food trends, customer service skills, and management capabilities in skilled nursing facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five (3 - 5) years’ leadership in food service
- Excellent knowledge of food and catering trends
- Excellent customer service skills and experiences
- Demonstrated competencies in food service management and operations
- Must have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with others
- ServSafe® certified
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Dietary Manager certificate
- Culinary training
