Job Summary
Lead the digital marketing and guest-growth program for Three Notch’d Brewing across multiple locations. Own loyalty, lifecycle, CRM-driven segmentation, email/SMS flows, and growth initiatives to increase guest frequency and lifetime value. Architect and optimize AI-powered workflows, including CRM triggers, content creation, and campaign testing, to build scalable marketing systems that enable growth with lean headcount. Oversee paid media strategy across locations (geo-targeted, daypart) and cross-channel demand generation for retail, on-premise, and distribution, while supporting events and corporate bookings. Translate data into actionable decisions through dashboards tracking same-store sales, known guests, and visit frequency. Lead a lean marketing team (Marketing Coordinator, Junior Designer) and collaborate with Events to drive event revenue. The role requires comfort with AI tools and modern workflows, and periodic travel (15–20%) to VA, SC, DE and future markets.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years in digital marketing, growth, lifecycle, or related roles, ideally within the multi-unit restaurant space
- Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes (traffic, revenue, retention)
- Experience working with CRM, email, or customer data platforms
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
