Job Summary
Direct the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) function in Liberty Global’s London operations, overseeing the Service Desk, workplace engineering teams and programme delivery across geographies. Lead incident, problem and change management for the digital workplace, manage vendors and partners for delivery quality and cost, and drive adoption of AI/automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot) with data-driven recommendations. Plan and deliver workplace technology programmes such as office moves, AV and meeting room technology rollouts, and site-connectivity upgrades, while collaborating with Security, Procurement, Facilities and OpCo technology teams to ensure secure, effective service delivery. Maintain visibility with senior stakeholders on utilization and value of digital workplace tools and initiatives, balancing service stability with continuous improvement and scaling for tens of thousands of employees. The role emphasizes leadership at scale, strategic alignment, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience within digital workplace, end-user technology or IT service delivery environments
- Proven capability running Service Desk operations, workplace engineering teams and technology programme delivery at scale
- Solid programme management skills with end-to-end accountability for complex workplace initiatives
- Experience evaluating enterprise technology platforms, including AI or automation tools, using data to inform decisions
- Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes
- A pragmatic, resilient and solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
- Degree in IT, engineering, business or another analytically-focused discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- ITIL or similar service management certification is a plus
