Job Summary
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns across major platforms to drive lead generation and achieve business goals. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategy optimization, and develop retargeting and lookalike audiences. Monitor performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPA while running structured AB tests and collaborating on ad creative. Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance using analytics tools and ensure accurate measurement through tagging and tracking frameworks. Deliver clear reporting with actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitive activity while sharing best practices internally. Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment across the full customer journey from initial engagement through conversion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 plus years of digital marketing experience with at least 5 years leading paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
- Strong expertise in paid media platforms and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting platforms
- Proven ability in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and audience targeting strategies
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment
- Preferred experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms for performance tracking and audience segmentation
