Job Summary
Director of Dietary coordinates resident dietary menu planning and oversees daily operations of food preparation by dietary staff; ensures sanitation standards, oversees meal service, and trains staff; responsible for labor and budget control within the Dietary department; schedules staff hours and coordinates dietary personnel; reports issues to the Administrator; collaborates with families and attends required meetings; requires high school diploma or equivalent, ServSafe certification, and minimum 3 years of experience in volume and modified diet preparation.
