Job Summary
Director of Diagnostics oversees a full range of psychological and diagnostic assessments, including scoring, interpretation, reporting, clinical recommendations, and feedback for diagnostic services; coordinates with intake and referral sources; maintains materials and equipment; supports external audits; balances billable caseload across diagnostic and PBS services; participates in interviewing, onboarding, and performance evaluations; assists diagnostician staff with assessment instruments and administration quality; works Monday–Friday with no weekend requirements. Qualifications include a Master's degree or higher, 2+ years post-degree clinical experience, and licensure/certification options including LCP or LPP, plus a valid driver license. This role is based in Bowling Green, KY, and is full-time with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Prior Post-Degree Clinical Experience (2+ years)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP)
- Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)
