Job Summary

Lead REAP's comprehensive fundraising and external communications strategies, overseeing donor appeals, annual campaigns, grants, and special initiatives. Manage systems for donor retention, prospecting, and reporting while cultivating high-level relationships with donors, corporate partners, and the Board. Develop and execute public presence strategies through digital media, storytelling, and event promotion, including copy editing all internal and external communications. Coordinate with the Executive Director to align the annual fundraising plan, monitor budgets, and forecast revenue. Supervise the Marketing Manager, Grant Coordinator, and Grant Writer. Represent REAP at organizational events and participate in coalition activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience with expertise in Nonprofit Management, or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory/management experience in a comparable setting
  • Minimum of five (5) years fundraising experience
  • Experience with major gifts, legacy gifts, corporate giving, and foundation grants
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with donor management software
  • Database experience (especially with DRM or CRM software)
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Interest and experience in the non-profit education, youth development, or human services sectors

Desired Qualifications

  • CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive) preferred
