DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT - TULSA REGION

Director of Development in the Tulsa Region responsible for managing a portfolio of major gift donors ($25,000+) to raise funds for the University of Oklahoma. Reports to the Assistant Vice President for Advancement and Campaigns and collaborates with OU Foundation colleagues, faculty, staff, and leaders across campuses. Develops and implements fundraising strategies to meet individual and team fundraising goals, with an expected annual fundraising goal of $3 million ($15 million over five years). Requires regional travel. Bachelor’s degree and 4–8 progressive experience in fundraising, sales, and/or gift planning-related roles are required; Master’s degree or CFRE preferred. This is an on-site role in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
