Job Summary
Develop and execute annual fundraising strategies to grow philanthropic revenue, leading donor acquisition, stewardship, and retention efforts. Build and manage a healthy donor pipeline while overseeing corporate sponsorship, partnership opportunities, and fundraising events that support donor cultivation. Supervise advancement staff, establish clear performance expectations, and foster collaboration across fundraising, communications, and volunteer engagement initiatives. Oversee reporting, donor data integrity, and operational compliance to ensure effective campaign performance. Collaborate with program, finance, and executive teams to translate opportunities into results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of fundraising, development, nonprofit leadership, or donor engagement experience
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor stewardship, sponsorship development, and relationship management
- Supervisory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with donor databases, CRM systems, and fundraising reporting tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, education, human services, or other mission-driven organizations
- Experience leading annual giving programs, fundraising events, and sponsorship initiatives
- Experience with Virtuous, DonorPerfect, Raiser's Edge, or similar fundraising platforms
- Experience supporting volunteer engagement initiatives
