Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience
- Strong track record in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Minimum 2 years in a team lead role with direct staff supervision
- Experience securing institutional support from foundations and government agencies
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability for evening and weekend work
