Job Summary
The Director of Development leads and manages all fundraising initiatives at St. Coletta, focusing on donor relations, major giving, grants, and event management to support the organization's mission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fundraising, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit development with a proven record of securing gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations
- Familiarity with planned giving vehicles and grant funding sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- CFRE certification is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for key events
