Job Summary
Senior development leader to own end-to-end execution of multifamily/mixed-use projects in NYC from acquisition through completion, managing approvals (HPD/HDC/OER/MTA/DOB), entitlements, budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination, and construction execution; acts as central ownership point for project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Personally led multifamily, mixed-use, or residential developments from acquisition through completion
- Deep NYC development experience
- Experience managing HPD, HDC, OER, MTA, DOB, and related agency approvals
- Proven entitlement, permitting, and zoning experience
- Experience negotiating access agreements and managing complex stakeholder issues
- Experience managing architects, engineers, attorneys, expediters, consultants, and contractors
- Proven ownership of budgets, schedules, and project execution
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
