Job Summary
Director of Development Operations overseeing donor database, prospect research, fundraising systems, reporting, and policy compliance; leads team of Database and Gift Processing Specialist and Prospect Research Manager; partners with Information Technology Department and CFO; ensures gift acceptance policies and IRS-related compliance; develops fundraising systems, donor management software, and data infrastructure; supervises gift reporting and analysis, audits, and adherence to policies; supports campaign development and planning in coordination with senior leadership; requires Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in management within a nonprofit development operations context; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related fundraising technology.
Required Qualifications
- Seven years of experience in progressively more responsible management and supervisory roles for a comparable nonprofit development operations program.
