Director of Development

Lead the Mount Mary University major gifts program as Development Director, building and managing a portfolio of ~100 mid-major gift prospects; drive the entire gift cycle from identification and research through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship; collaborate with volunteers, development staff, and university representatives to meet annual financial goals; manage related expense budgets; develop strategies with the PR/Marketing Office and Alumnae Relations to engage donors; provide training and leadership to campaign volunteers; act as an ambassador for the University and seek opportunities to further philanthropy and community involvement; maintain thorough documentation of donor actions for accountability and planning; occasional travel to engage donors and participate in university initiatives.
