Job Summary
The Director of Development is responsible for overseeing DDI's fundraising strategy, cultivating high-level donor relationships, and securing significant financial contributions. The role requires developing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, monitoring performance, and leading a team to achieve optimal results. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of experience, strong management and communication skills, and a passion for making a difference. The position involves collaboration with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to enhance DDI's fundraising initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
