Job Summary
United Help Ukraine seeks a full-time Director of Development and Fundraising to oversee fundraising efforts, grant management, and strategic planning to support the organization's mission amidst humanitarian needs in Ukraine.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising
- Five years of experience in fundraising and donor development for a nonprofit organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Advanced written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
- Extensive knowledge of fundraising strategies and principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to interact and develop relationships with a diverse group of people in a collaborative and professional manner
