Job Summary
Define and execute the long-term software engineering strategy, leading architecture and technical design for enterprise applications while establishing coding guidelines and development best practices. Oversee the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of systems using Azure DevOps, managing roadmaps, sprint planning, and CI/CD pipelines to drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring and incident management. Provide strategic leadership for Data Operations, ensuring reliable reporting, ETL processes, and secure database architecture with Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI. Develop and govern an enterprise strategy for AI-assisted development, integrating agentic AI platforms into the software lifecycle while protecting intellectual property and establishing standards for responsible code generation. Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering talent to build a culture focused on technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of enterprise software development experience
- 3+ years leading software engineering teams
- Experience managing technical managers and cross-functional engineering organizations
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise software architectures
- Strong understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies
