Job Summary
Lead Neighborcare Health's Dental Program as the clinical director, partnering with Clinical Operations to ensure safe, timely, high-quality, whole-person integrated care across all sites. Supervise Site Dental Directors, manage locum provider recruitment and performance, and co-design clinical pathways and quality improvement programs to reduce variation and advance patient safety. Represent the organization with external partners, public health agencies, and training institutions while collaborating with Medical and Behavioral Health to optimize access and outcomes. Maintain a full range of primary dental services, including diagnosis, treatment, and documentation, while overseeing provider training, onboarding, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD
- Licensed Dentist (DMD or DDS) in the State of Washington
- Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in a dental practice setting
- Minimum five (5) years of management, leadership, or clinical program leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in health administration, business administration, public health, or equivalent experience
- Completion of a general practice residency, advanced education in general dentistry residency, specialty residency, or equivalent post-graduate dental training
- Experience in community health, Federally Qualified Health Centers, dental residency programs, quality improvement, safety, regulatory readiness, and integrated care delivery
