Job Summary
Director of Demand Management oversees the Customer Service and Account Management functions within the HSIO Division, driving demand planning and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement customer service strategies, establish KPIs, and act as a senior escalation point. Lead the Account Management team to forecast demand, coordinate with Marketing, Logistics and Operations, analyze customer data and sales forecasts to generate actionable insights, and balance inventory. Lead digitization of demand planning through data analytics tools, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, and prepare regular leadership reports. Willingness to travel to meet with customers and teams across locations; collaborate across departments to align capacity, resources, and inventory with market requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
