Hold full accountability for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, manage the demand budget end-to-end to maximize ROI and cost-per-outcome efficiency, and develop board-ready performance readouts and funnel analytics for executive leadership. Architect an AI-first demand engine by modeling advanced proficiency in Claude to transform content operations and produce persona- and stage-specific assets at scale, while owning Shipium's presence across modern AI answer engines and generative search alongside traditional organic SEO. Direct high-performing programs across paid media, lifecycle email, web, and events, co-own enterprise account-based marketing with Sales leadership, and oversee optimization of marketing automation systems and Salesforce to ensure predictive lead scoring and clean data quality. Coach, mentor, and scale individual contributors and agency partners, driving measurable productivity improvements attributable to AI tool adoption, while maintaining an unyielding bar on brand voice, strategic alignment, and factual accuracy. Manage team performance metrics, drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success, and participate in hiring, 1:1 coaching, and performance reviews.
