Job Summary
Lead, manage, and hold Process Delivery Leads accountable for firmwide project management, quality, and delivery processes across Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design. Develop role structures and personnel alignment for Project Delivery Leads while providing oversight for PM, CA, and QM Leads. Manage core delivery processes alongside Discipline Leaders, participate in hiring plans, and guide multi-disciplinary initiatives to navigate best practices and emerging tools. Create the future project delivery vision plan, maintain the Quality Management program, and perform quality control reviews. Train staff on lessons learned, delivery tools like PM7, and career development to support technical expertise growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architectural, engineering, or construction management field required
- 15+ years of experience in the design industry including construction document preparation and field observation
Desired Qualifications
- Professional license or registration (preferred)
- PMP and/or Lean training / certifications (preferred)
