Director of Delivery Management

Own delivery, governance, and successful execution across a portfolio of cloud, data, infrastructure, application development, and AI engagements. Manage portfolio health and financial performance, including risk mitigation, budget, margin, forecasting, utilization, and change control. Lead teams and strategic client engagements to deliver measurable business outcomes and ensure client success beyond the scope of the SOW. Serve as executive delivery sponsor for key accounts, building trusted relationships with client executives and acting as the escalation point above the day-to-day team. Work side by side with Google Cloud account teams and partner engineering to align on joint delivery and expansion. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing delivery management team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development while maintaining Zencore's delivery standards. Oversee global staffing, resource planning, and engagement leadership across the US, EMEA, and LATAM to ensure successful client delivery and business outcomes. Own and continuously improve Zencore's delivery model, including methodology, governance, estimation, tooling, quality standards, and AI-enabled best practices. Partner with executive leadership to develop scalable delivery processes, playbooks, and operating models that support business growth.
