Job Summary
Defining and executing the cybersecurity vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap; leading cybersecurity operations including EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and threat detection; driving standardization and optimization of the security tool stack across managed and augmented clients (e.g., SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Qualys); formalizing governance, risk, and compliance (SOC2 alignment); leading enterprise incident response readiness and remediation; acting as executive escalation point for major security incidents; owning budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for the security function; leading risk assessments and ensuring mitigation; building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing cybersecurity team; fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement; collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Consulting, Product, and Project teams; representing cybersecurity in executive forums and client discussions with the CISO and leadership; staying current on emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends.
