Job Summary
Director of Cybersecurity responsible for leading the organization's cybersecurity and Infrastructure strategy, building and managing security operations (including SIEM and threat intelligence), overseeing security governance, cloud security, and vendor relationships. Requires 7-10 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in management, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills. Certifications (AWS/Azure/Google/CISSP) are a plus; base salary $210K-$280K with total rewards package possible. Locations include Beverly Hills, CA and San Ramon, CA with on-site, exempt role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or related field
- At least 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, PCI)
- Experience with managing cybersecurity operations and teams, including intrusion detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Professional cybersecurity certifications such as AWS, Azure, Google certifications, CISSP are a plus
