Job Summary
Director of Customer Success for ANZ at Corpay, leading the ANZ Customer Success function from Melbourne. Build and maintain executive-level relationships across top accounts, drive retention, expansion, and long-term value, and develop scalable CS frameworks. Lead onboarding for major customers, develop growth strategies focused on retention and portfolio expansion, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and establish strategic account management across enterprise, leasing, fleet, and dealer partners. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Business Performance, Marketing and Strategy & Growth to align customer outcomes with profitability. Expect to work in a hybrid Melbourne office; role offers visibility into broader executive leadership and impact on the ANZ business.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling customer success, strategic account management or customer growth functions
- Executive presence, credibility, and strategic thinking to engage with C-suite leaders
- Ability to influence across multiple business functions
- Experience leading teams through growth and transformation
- Strong commercial acumen balancing customer outcomes and business performance
- Experience managing large enterprise, B2B, fleet, financial services, fintech, or complex commercial accounts
