Job Summary
Director of Customer Success in APAC leading a team of Customer Success Managers and Analytics Engineers to drive value creation, governance, escalations, and release planning for Seeq’s enterprise software in manufacturing industries. Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Product to develop and execute customer success strategies; manage KPIs (GRR, NRR, expansions); recruit and develop talent; analyze customer performance data for optimization; communicate complex ideas to internal teams and customers; stay aligned with industry trends and best practices; foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, analytics engineering, and operations. Location-based requirement: candidate located in Malaysia or Singapore; remote work option available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
