Lead Nothing's global customer service strategy and build from scratch, integrating AI self-service, agent-assist tools, and predictive diagnostics across markets; build and run the global service partner ecosystem; optimize end-to-end customer journeys; set governance and standards for phones, audio, and connected devices; collaborate with Product, Quality, and Growth to feed service intelligence into hardware and software decisions; translate large-scale operational data into strategic leadership recommendations; develop training programmes, knowledge systems, and AI-enabled tools to upskill internal teams and external partners.
