Job Summary
Direct the long-range vision for district curriculum, instruction, and technology; oversee K-12 curriculum design and revision aligned with NJSLS and QSAC, lead professional development, supervise data-driven decision-making, manage technology framework and district-wide reporting, and guide instructional technology integration while ensuring strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Principal Certificate (CE or Standard)
- M.A./M.Ed. in Curriculum or Educational Leadership
- Proven experience as an educational leader
- Experience facilitating faculty meetings
- Demonstrated understanding of the curriculum development process and instructional coaching
- Strong understanding of NJSLS standards
- Strong skills in assessment and data analysis
- Strong skills in instructional technology
- Excellent communication skills
