Job Summary
Director of Culinary Services responsible for the organization, planning, and development of all functions and programs of the Food Service Department in Artful Dining for residents, families and visitors. Oversees total kitchen operations, standardizes recipes, menu preparation, budget monitoring, sanitation and safety, adherence to dietician guidelines, training of new dining services staff, and ensuring a dignified, customer-focused dining experience. Leads by example, ensures HIPAA compliance, maintains quality and cost controls, coordinates with culinary assistants, and supports a positive team environment while delivering exceptional resident and family dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
