Job Summary
Provide leadership and operational oversight for all short-term inpatient crisis stabilization programs, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant care in 24/7 operations. Lead and drive crisis stabilization across the continuum; ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards; oversee operations, patient flow, throughput, and high-stakes clinical decision-making. Develop and mentor manager-level leadership, coordinate cross-site crisis services, and manage financial and contractual outcomes. Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving to align team performance with organizational goals and high-quality client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible crisis management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience overseeing multi-site operations and teams
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between agency locations
