Job Summary

Supervise all crisis intervention services in the County, including telephone, walk-in, and mobile crisis components. Analyze and assist in planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive crisis intervention program while monitoring direct services to ensure conformance with Federal, State, and Local mental health regulations. Directly oversee two program supervisors and indirectly manage 22 full and part-time crisis intervention staff members, maintaining coordination with external licensed providers under the HC MCO. Ensure program quality and continuity of services, assuming full operational responsibility in the absence of the Administrator 3. This full-time role supports the Dauphin County Mental Health/Autism/Developmental Programs with a salary of $27.92 hourly.

Required Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in public or private social work
  • One year in a public welfare program
  • One year in a supervisory capacity
  • Master's degree
  • 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences
  • Five years of experience in public or private social work
  • Bachelor's degree
  • RN in the state of Pennsylvania
  • PA-credentialed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
  • Valid driver's license
  • Positive driving record
  • Favorable criminal background check
  • Child abuse and FBI clearances
  • Favorable references
