Job Summary
Develop and execute corporate partnership and event fundraising strategies aligned with organizational revenue goals. Identify, cultivate, and steward corporate partners while managing a portfolio through research, proposal creation, and benefit fulfillment. Plan, coordinate, and execute signature fundraising events including the annual Gala, overseeing timelines, logistics, and vendor relationships. Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors and donors, ensuring effective communication and engagement. Manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze returns to inform future strategies. Collaborate cross-departmentally with the Advancement team and leadership to advance mission-driven initiatives. Act as Director on Duty periodically on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ Years of experience in corporate fund raising
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work cross-departmentally
- Organized and exhibit 'follow-through' on tasks and goals
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to exchange accurate information
- FBI fingerprint results
- PA Child Abuse History Certificate (Act 33)
- PA State Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. when handling boxes for record retention
