Director of Corporate, Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions

Lead and advise on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing deals. Partner with Corporate Development and Strategy on structuring projects, lead counsel on due diligence and documentation, and draft agreements such as NDAs, LOIs, and stock purchase agreements. Provide legal support for tax, treasury, and debt offerings, while overseeing post-merger integration plans and entity governance strategies. Drive decisions on aligning with outside counsel, manage legal budgets, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing legal function aligned with Owens Corning's strategic objectives.
