Job Summary
Director-level leadership role overseeing corporate and governance affairs for Omni Family Health. Responsible for executive-office operations, board and committee support, governance administration, and regulatory compliance. Serves as primary liaison to the Board of Directors, regulatory agencies, and community partners; manages CEO calendar and travel, drafts internal communications, prepares reports and presentations, coordinates staff development, and directs governance initiatives in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan. Requires strong project management, discretion with confidential information, cross-functional collaboration, effective communication with executives and external stakeholders, and the ability to lead process improvements while ensuring HIPAA, QA/QI, HRSA, and Joint Commission-related activities and audits are completed. Some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Eight (8) years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives, with five (5) years in a management position
