Job Summary
Director of Corporate and Governance Affairs leads corporate/ governance administration, acts as liaison to the Board of Directors, regulator agencies, and community partners; provides executive office leadership, manages CEO calendar and travel, drafts internal communications, creates reports and presentations, oversees staff development, and ensures compliance with bylaws, HIPAA, HRSA/JC/audits, and governance initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of admin experience supporting C-level executives (5 in management); strong MS Office skills; some travel may be required. Location: Bakersfield, CA. Role is full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Eight (8) years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Five (5) years in a management position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience in project management (preferred)
