Job Summary
Lead the Corporate & Foundation Relations team by establishing annual goals, KPIs, and professional development plans while building a culture of accountability and strategic discipline. Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans for fundraising, overseeing cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and the corporate pipeline including sponsorships and CSR partnerships. Oversee the CMN program, coordinate with national leadership, and drive year-over-year revenue growth through proactive partner activation. Serve as a primary partner to clinical and administrative leaders across Texas Children's to align hospital priorities with funding opportunities. Represent the organization as a senior ambassador in corporate and foundation settings, cultivating a portfolio of high-value prospects with seven-figure+ potential. Manage prospecting, analytics, and portfolio discipline to optimize ROI and inform strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 + years of Progressive fundraising experience with a strong emphasis on corporate and foundation relations
- 3 + years of Leadership experience managing fundraisers, grant officers, or corporate partnership staff

- Health care or academic medicine sector experience preferred
