Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of managed care contracting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating outpatient therapy or ancillary service contracts
  • Deep knowledge of CPT coding, fee schedules, and Medicare reimbursement for PT services
  • Experience managing multi-state payer portfolios and navigating varying state regulations
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and contract management systems
