Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of the Business Unit Master Plan (HK/MP) in collaboration with leadership to drive strategic operational objectives. Champion Lean and Six Sigma deployment, including onboarding, training, and coaching Green Belts, while sponsoring key improvement initiatives. Plan and facilitate on-site workshops and kaizen events aligned with continuous improvement goals, drive QRQC implementation, and establish cost reduction initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through metrics, prioritization, and accountability, partnering with process owners to ensure data-driven decision-making and measurable results. Serve as Business Process Manager for initiatives, identifying best practices across business units and external benchmarks to improve productivity and efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and 10+ years in manufacturing leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related technical field (required)
- 10+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives
- Strong track record of driving operational improvements and organizational change
Desired Qualifications
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification or in progress (preferred)
