Job Summary
Director of Content Marketing leading end-to-end content strategy to drive pipeline and revenue for a B2B SaaS brand. You will own the editorial vision, build thought leadership, collaborate with Growth, Customer, Product Marketing, and Sales, lead a small in-house team with external contractors, and measure content performance to deliver business impact across the buyer and customer journey. The role requires strong writing and editing with AP style fluency, a systems mindset for programs and playbooks, experience with AI content tools, and a track record of connecting content to measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This is a full-time, remoteUS role reporting to the SVP, Corporate Marketing; travel for team meetings and events is occasional.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- ability to build content strategy from the ground up
- strong editorial and AP style fluency
- experience leading a content team and coordinating with growth, product, and sales
- ability to connect content strategy to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- experience managing contractors and in-house writers
- ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- remote-work capability in a US-based role
