Job Summary
Director-level leadership for electrical operations across multiple projects within an SE-US-based building engineering company. Responsible for safe, on-time, on-budget execution of electrical construction, ensuring compliance with contract documents and NEC codes while driving operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and cost control. Provides strategic and hands-on leadership to project management and field teams, partners with preconstruction and estimating, monitors financial performance (budgets, forecasts, productivity, margins), supports resource planning and workforce development, and interfaces with safety, quality, and compliance teams. Oversees process improvements, technology adoption, and client engagement to support business growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12–20+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction operations
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple electrical projects and teams
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and NEC requirements
- Experience managing project financials, forecasts, and WIP reporting
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
