Job Summary
Lead overall construction operations for Foresight On-Site, providing executive oversight of project management, field operations, staffing, and customer relationships to drive growth from 100 to 300+ staff. Develop strategic initiatives supporting semiconductor piping, process utilities, and chemical delivery systems while championing integration between off-site manufacturing and onsite delivery. Recruit and mentor high-performing leaders, build succession plans, and foster a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Report operational performance and strategic initiatives directly to the President, utilizing advanced Excel and ERP tools to optimize forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within semiconductor and process piping construction
- Strong relationships with core customers within Fab Construction ecosystem
- Demonstrated advancement through increasingly responsible leadership positions
- Extensive experience with semiconductor piping systems
- Extensive experience with high-purity piping
- Extensive experience with mechanical FAB construction
- Extensive experience with project management
- Extensive experience with estimating
- Extensive experience with site management
- Extensive experience with staffing
- Extensive experience with project costing
- Extensive experience with quality systems
- Champion a culture where safety, quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction are foundational to every decision
- Strong understanding of P&IDs
- Strong understanding of specifications
- Strong understanding of constructability
- Strong understanding of site walks
- Proven leadership of large construction organizations
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience implementing automated business systems
- Establish relationships throughout the semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated ability to build customer confidence and long-term partnerships
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with chemical system design and build
- Experience in integrating off-site manufacturing and modular construction into project delivery
- Lean Construction or Operational Excellence experience
- PMP or other relevant industry certifications
