Job Summary
Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver project management services on major programs, ensuring service excellence and driving client engagement. Conduct market research on construction conditions, produce thought leadership reports, and develop detailed priority plans with risk mitigation strategies. Manage strategic and operational aspects including resource planning, financial tracking, and business generation while overseeing ISO audits and internal BMS assessments. Prepare proposals and RFP responses, participate in senior leadership meetings, and mentor staff to promote upward career trajectories. Identify cross-selling opportunities and act as a brand ambassador to create a pipeline of opportunities with existing and new clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
- 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients
- Exceptional Business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth
- Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in; commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
- On-site presence
