Job Summary
Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver project management services on major programs, ensuring service excellence and driving client engagement. Conduct market research on construction conditions, produce thought leadership reports, and develop strategic plans aligned with the Business Plan. Manage resource planning, financial tracking, and proposal development for new clients while identifying cross-selling opportunities. Oversee quality control through ISO audits and internal BMS assessments, and establish risk mitigation strategies using KPIs. Mentor staff, support talent acquisition, and represent the office in external audits and senior leadership meetings to build a pipeline of opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
- 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients
- Exceptional Business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth
- Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in; commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred
