Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver project management services on major programs, ensuring service excellence and client engagement. Drive strategic and operational management across sectors including resource planning, financial oversight, and business generation. Conduct market research to produce thought leadership reports, identify cross-selling opportunities, and prepare proposals for new clients. Manage internal and external audits, implement process improvements, and establish performance metrics based on company goals. Grow the talent pipeline by partnering with recruitment, mentoring staff, and promoting a culture of learning and inclusivity. Represent the office as a brand ambassador at networking events and senior leadership meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
- 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients
- Exceptional Business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth
- Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in; commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred
