Job Summary
Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver project management services on major programs while managing client communications and overseeing service excellence. Drive business growth by developing a pipeline of opportunities, preparing proposals, and identifying cross-selling avenues across commercial real estate, data centers, and industrial sectors. Establish clear strategy and ambition, setting performance measurements via KPIs and appraisal documents to align with the Business Plan. Manage resource planning, financial tracking of revenue and margins, and mentorship of staff to foster an inclusive culture of learning. Ensure compliance with quality standards through internal and external ISO audits, while conducting market research to produce thought leadership reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
- 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients
- Exceptional Business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth
- Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in; commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred
