Job Summary
Manage all aspects of large-scale facility design and construction projects, including complex renovations, additions, and expansions across all states where Acts operates. Lead the construction and closeout phases of an 88-unit mid-rise tower with amenity repositioning through 2029. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, plus ten years of experience in construction project management with demonstrated success on projects exceeding $50M. FAA-Certified Drone Pilot (Part 107) certification is strongly preferred. Full-time contract position with a salary range of $117,760 to $153,718 annually. Acts Retirement-Life Communities is one of the largest not-for-profit owners and developers of resort-style continuing care senior living communities, operating 28 communities in 9 states.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of ten years' experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale commercial or residential developments
- Demonstrated success in managing projects exceeding $50M in value
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the senior living industry (preferred)
- FAA-Certified Drone Pilot (Part 107) certification or ability to obtain is strongly preferred
