Job Summary

Collaborate with regional leadership and executive teams to support operational aspects of construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met. Enforce consistent company policies across field operations, develop Standard Operating Procedures for safety and quality control, and lead initiatives to achieve zero-incident goals. Monitor project execution, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget, while implementing standardized processes and optimizing workflows. Build and lead a high-performing field operations team through mentorship of superintendents and project managers, and manage subcontractor relationships including selection, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations. Act as a primary point of contact for key clients and represent the company in industry events to enhance brand reputation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related area
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in managing large, complex commercial construction projects
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Strong mentoring experience
  • Coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
  • Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask

  • Experience working for an ENR Top 100 General Contractor or Construction Management firm
